WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver throughout mainland UK including England, Wales, and Scotland.
If you require shipping to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland,
you must select the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or Northern Ireland from the
Country drop-down box when you enter the delivery address during checkout. Please note
Next Day delivery is not available to these area. This will be a 3-5 day service. For further
details on orders requiring delivery to the Scottish Isles, Isle of Man Isle of Wight or
Northern Ireland please contact us on

Please note our couriers do not deliver to PO Box or BFPO numbers.
WHEN ARE PRODUCTS DESPATCHED?
Standard delivery time frame is 24-72 hours - again, provided that the item is in stock and
depending on your delivery service selection. Please be aware that our couriers do not deliver
on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. All orders received after 2 PM on Friday will be
processed on the following Monday or next working day during bank holidays.
It might so happen that your desired product runs out-of-stock due to high consumer demand.
In this instance some orders may take 3-7 days to re-stock. In most cases we can obtain
further stock within 3 working days, provided the stock is available to us in the UK. Should
our supplier be unable to resupply us we will notify you and offer an alternative or
refund/partial refund. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.
WHO DELIVERS YOUR ORDERS?
We use
Royal Mail tracked services - which provide an extremely reliable, safe and secure
service for deliveries nationwide.
We also utilise the services of
DPD Local, who are trusted and well-established Nationwide.
They are well managed and operate extremely reliably, priding themselves on their customer
service. By providing us with your email address and mobile phone number, DPD Local will
email you the night before delivery to confirm that they have your order and will be
delivering it to your requested address. On the morning of your delivery, they will text you
with a 2-hour time slot for delivery and give the option to change delivery day, location or
where to leave the parcel by replying to the text.
Please remember, couriers are the link, that despite connecting us with you, are out of our
immediate control. If a problem arises, we will do our very best to address those problems for
you where we can and we regularly review the service we are getting from our trusted
partners and follow up issues where appropriate.
DELIVERY DATE REQUEST FOR AN ORDER
You can specify a delivery date request for products ordered from the Gifts Department or if
you choose a Gift Box Option. If your order is not a Gift, you can enter a delivery date
request in the "Shipping Instructions" box during checkout. This information will then be
picked up by the dispatch warehouse to action.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order is dispatched and is being delivered to you via DPD, an email is sent to the
invoice email address confirming the order has left the Dispatch Depot. Within this email
will also be a tracking link to track the progress of the order. What's more, it enables you to
watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15-minute
timeslot.
All DPD orders require a signature at your stated delivery address. Orders will not be left
safe.
